The vendor collaborated with the COR, the CORs test bed developer and all Government entities with a great deal of professionalism and efficiency. The vendor was responsive to all requests for information and reporting requirements for the hardware deliveries as required and informed the warehouse of all deliveries in a timely fashion. Any issues that were brought to the vendors attention were immediately addressed and inquiries were responded to. The responsiveness of the vendor, the resourcefulness in finding suppliers for IT items across several industries (infrastructure hardware, server and database hardware, and workstation hardware, etc.) some of which were difficult to find, and to perform all of this in the aggressive timelines required to meet projects goals were excellent.”
